Cancellation Policy

It is completely understandable that sometimes unexpected events occur that would prevent a student from attending his/her lesson. In the same way, events can also occur that can keep Judane Rhodes from being able to have a lesson as well (emergency, personal illness, unforeseen circumstances beyond our control etc.) Due to the nature of how lessons are organized, the student won’t miss out on anything from that cancelled lesson. Cancellation requests submitted via text message, phone call or email will all be accepted as a cancellation request. If possible, cancellations must be done at least 24 hours prior to scheduled lesson. If an urgent/unexpected situation becomes the cause for the cancellation within the same day of the scheduled lesson, a lesson credit will be applied to the student’s account as a makeup credit that will be scheduled for a later time (that same/following week if possible). If there is a “no-show” without proper cancellation via aforementioned means, there will be no makeup credit available. All major holiday’s will be observed (so no sessions will be scheduled during holidays).
